Topic: Habit 2. Accuser of good things

Text: ```Job 2:1-2 AMP Job Loses His Health Again there was a day when the sons of God (angels) came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan (adversary, accuser) also came among them to present himself before the Lord. The Lord said to Satan, “From where have you come?” Then Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming around on the earth and from walking around on it.”```

 COMMENTARY
Satan does not have a body, he must look for someone to dwell in to use his hands, mouth and accomplish his mission. Satan entered into the serpent to deceive Eve, he entered into Judas Iscariot to betray Jesus Christ. There are people who are always unavailable for devil's use. But there are many who are available for devil's use anytime. Devil at will recruit them as accusers, give them enough arsenal such as envy jealousy with enough fuel of anger. 


Your rank or position doesn't frighten the devil. You could be a Bishop but he could still apply to use you. The only way to escape being used of the devil is to play dead. Yes dead and buried in Christ so that the life you live becomes a new life, keeping old things behind yourself. To completely be a vessel unyielding to Satanic use, you have to die. That is the only time you can bear divine seeds and fruits for the kingdom of God. "Except a grain of wheat fall down and die it abides alone." You must learn how to die daily so that your spiritual children will rise with you. 

As you labour to achieve God's purpose devil will still recruit people to bring accusations. It doesn't matter how clean you are. They are experts in blackmailing and would paint you black no matter how clean you try to show your slate. I simply surrender at this point with psalm 127:1 "except the Lord build a house..." God defend me and I will be truly defended. If God didn't rise to defend you before the accusers, take note that you can't stop the accusers with humanitarian force.

 Food for thought: Being accused is not equal to being cursed, don't be mindful of devil the accuser rather be mindful of God our defender._

Text : ```James 4:10 KJV Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.``` COMMENTARY Humility here has been construed by believers to mean suppression of the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit does not have pride, arrogance. Perhaps apostle Paul noticed a similar thing in the Thessalonian Church when he warned them not to quench Holy Spirit. (1 Thessalonians 5:19).  Humility as taught in the epistle of James does not relate to spiritual manifestation but self. James rather wanted to teach about how to limit Self and magnify the Spirit.  You might discipline yourself not to talk or raise voice in order not to be noticed. If a person says that he wants to make a statement he shall be told that it is intended to make a written record of what he says.
